How does the recipient redeem their gift?
They'll receive a beautiful email with a unique gift code. They simply download the VaultTag app, create an account, and enter the code in Settings → Manage Subscription. No credit card required for them!
What if they don't redeem the gift in time?
Gift codes are valid for 90 days after delivery. If the gift isn't redeemed within that time, you'll automatically receive a full refund—no questions asked.
Can I send the gift immediately?
Yes! Just select today's date and a time that's already passed. The gift email will be sent within a few minutes.
Can they see my personal message?
Yes! Your personal message will be prominently featured in their gift email, making it extra special and meaningful.
What if the recipient already has a VaultTag subscription?
No problem! The gift will extend their existing subscription by the gifted duration. They won't lose any of their current subscription time.
